You may be wondering how Dr. Rulin arrived with the name for Pearlcium.
It is my assumption that the name was derived from her understanding that the Pearl powder nutrient supports the Human body with superior calcium absorption and metabolism when compared to the average calcium supplement.
Calcium is used with many minerals and vitamins by the Human body in any given biochemical reaction. The minerals and other co-factors that are the natural components of the Pearlcium pearl powder contain a very balanced ratio of these nutrients.
The body, in its infinite wisdom, finds a natural substance much easier to metabolize than a manufactured isolate like a calcium supplement. It stands to reason that the body recognizes the necessary nutrient complex in Pearlcium more readily and thus it is considered to be more 'Bio-Available' for our bodies.
