The Last Morsel of Truth about Pearlcium

Listen carefully...this is the last time that I will be making this assessment about Pearlcium due to the changes that the FTC is placing upon those who market and advertise health products in this country.

I will not be able to tell you MY Truth after the FTC Rules goes into effect on December 1, 2009 in just a few days. I will be legally forced to say what the regulatory mandates allow according to the recent guideline revisions made by the Federal Trade Commission.

I will have to remind you every time that my company might make $3.00 when you buy a bottle of Pearlcium from my website or one of my downline distributors' websites. That's not much of an incentive, but I am now going to have to disclose to you that the reason the FTC thinks that you need to know that my company may realize a profit by telling you about this nutritional supplement, so that you may weigh the validity of what my message is and if it is just a sales pitch to induce you to buy or if there really is some value for you in this product.

Look...if I had enough money to give you this product, that would work for me. I think it does have true value to contribute to your health and well-being. I am not going to be able to tell you that it will provide the human body with sufficient Yin energy to regenerate every cell in the body over time, because most people will not take this substance regularly and it will not accomplish this task of cellular regeneration unless it is taken consistently.

I won't be able to tell you that it will do much of anything, because I do not have the ten million dollars that it would take to complete double-blind scientific studies that give us statistics with a limited group of test subjects which might or might not actually apply to you. I will be forced to say that it won't do anything except cost you a few dollars a day to ingest the white pearl powder. I won't be able to draw upon the wisdom and experience of the ancient healers of Asia which have demonstrated the significance of this substance for thousands of years. The FTC doesn't recognize them as experts. Too bad...they might learn something.

I won't be able to tell you that Pearlcium has the potential to balance the Yin organs and systems of the human body. I won't risk fines, jail time, nor the loss of my business for attempting to educate you. I simply won't bother after December 1st to guess what the regulators will find objectionable. It's not worth the risk nor the liability. So you'll be on your own...

So...the very last morsel of truth in my arsenal of knowledge earned through my direct experience with pearl powder is that it is worth ingesting and applying topically to both human bodies and for your animals. There will be some benefit which only you will be able to assess and determine for yourselves in a few days.

I will be forever silent and will not speak another word about this topic following this date etched in your memory as the last time truth would stand as more important than some generalized statement or some snazzy marketing copy. Read it and weep!

I will let you in on the truth in another manner, but you'll have to request this from me at an alternative address and prove to me that you are not a government agent wishing to entrap me for false advertising claims that are not substantiated by specific scientists that are only known to the staff of the FTC. You'll have to enter into a common law contract with me in order to get the truth. That's the bottom line and that's the way it's got to be from now on. You can thank the people who want to control every aspect of your lives for this new policy and procedure.
