Most people are more concerned with the signs of being deficient in a particular nutrient, but as professionals it often is more important that you know when you have had too much of a nutrient or a product.
So...how do you know if you have had too much Pearlcium?
This is not meant to be a complete grouping of signs that you have overindulged in Pearlcium, yet it does point out a few of the most significant things you will notice that signals that you need to curtail your intake of Pearlcium.
If you are constipated, it is possible that you have taken too many Pearlcium capsules. If you are experiencing constipation and the stool is not moving, whereas the contraction of the bowel is not effectively moving the stool; then it is quite possible that you have ingested too much Pearlcium.
If you begin to feel cold all the time, regardless of the outdoor or indoor temperatures or the layers of clothing you are wearing; then it is likely that you have taken too much Pearlcium.
If you have leg cramps, back aches for no apparent reason, or feel that your muscles are bound without just cause; then you may have too much Pearlcium in your body and insufficient minerals to compensate for these signs.
There are other signs, but these are by far the primary signs that you need to cut back or stop taking Pearlcium for awhile.
